UNM Retiree Insurance Paper Billing Statement Opt-In Form
In an effort to reduce printing and postage costs, and in alignment with Goal Four: Sustainability of UNM 2040, UNM retirees will no longer automatically receive paper billing statements in the mail.
Monthly billing statements will continue to be delivered electronically and available in the Bursar Account Suite, found in LoboWeb. For more information, please visit the Billing Information and Dates and Retirees pages on the Bursar's Office website.
In addition to receiving an electronic bill, as a retiree you may request to also receive a paper billing statement in the mail by completing this Opt-In Form.

Please note: You will not be able to access the form if you are not listed as a Retiree in Banner. "Working retirees" - retirees who have returned to work at UNM in either a part-time or full-time capacity - are considered active employees and as such are not eligible to sign up for paper bills.
